Important:

• ​Please make your appointments for the next business day, in order for us to verify your insurance and get authorization. This will ensure that there are no delays in your appointment time or additional charges in the event that you are not eligible at the time.
• If you need a medical office visit, follow-up or any other appointment related to glasses and contact lenses; please call the office directly.
• Current patients: Your name, date of birth, zip code, email and phone number must match what is in our system to book online.
• Updating information: We can update your address and phone number upon check-in or you can give us a call. Please      do not update your address or phone number online.
• New Patients: Please remember to bring your current Prescription/Glasses/Contact lens to you appointment.
• If you want to make an appointment for Saturday, please call the office.
• ​If you want to make an appointment for patients under 7 years old please call the office.
• If you are making an appointment for contact lens fitting please make sure you have an valid (within the last 12 months) eyeglass prescription.
• If you do not receive a confirmation email or text that your appointment was booked successfully, your online booking did not go through and we will not see you on our calendar.
